Southern Virginia University - Campus Visit

On Thursday Noell, Kaneesha, and I left Salt Lake for Buena Vista, Virginia so we could visit the university she is considering attending.. We flew from Salt Lake to Dallas, Texas and from Dallas to Richmond Virginia. On Friday we drove to Washington DC and went to the Lincoln Memorial, several parts of the Smithsonian, the Holocaust Museum, an art museum, and the US Capital building. Aside from driving through a major city with significant traffic, I especially enjoyed the time we spent in the area. We drove to Staunton, Virginia to our hotel for the night. It was definitely a long day, but it was great. Saturday we ate a pretty pathetic breakfast at the hotel consisting of juice, toast, butter, raisin bran, and milk (none of us like raisin bran, and all of us would have enjoyed jam on the toast).
