Memorial Day 2015
Memorial Day is a day we remember those who have gone before. Typically we remember family members who have passed on and show gratitude for those who have served in the military. Today was a fun memorial day for me. While we didn't do many of the typical Memorial Day activities, we did some things that memories were made of when I was young. The activities we participated in reminded me of my father. I am so grateful that my father is alive. Strawberries in a rain gutter... looks good, hope it works! Tanner and I got up at 6:00 this morning to set up flags with the scouts. We posted American flags throughout our ward. My father spent so many days and nights of his life serving the youth in the neighborhood through the Boy Scouts of America. Tanner and I then went shopping.
